Pranav Sharma
I manage all program directors in Kolkata and oversee operations at our community center. Starting as an intern back in 2017 helped me understand the different programs in detail, and have a better insight into the issues that may arise.
I was born and brought up in Kolkata, with all its pros and cons. I am a graduate and will be pursuing higher education in the future. I have been very fortunate to find a workplace that shares the principles I value so much. I find myself better equipped with each passing day, learning new corporate skills and lessons along the way. RC has helped break the habits that weren’t too efficient and provided me with better tools to manage and ensure a significant opportunity for each of the families we work with. I expect RC to transform me into a better person, and be more efficient and effective. I have a knack for solving problems, and take a moment to enjoy every little victory that comes along the way.
