I manage all the day-to-day activities and general operations across our community center in Pune. Along with that, I also head other programs like CSR Collaborations, ClothesforHelp.org, AimGame.org, Scholarships and BangleBox.org in which I have to oversee and plan all the general functions to establish goals related to each of these programs respectively. Other key duties include focus on fundraising, documentation, management of all program directors and coordinators, maintaining monthly accounting and reporting the progress of all activities and programs. Working with the board and staff to ensure that the mission is fulfilled through programs, strategic planning and community outreach in Pune.
I was born and raised in Pune and have been staying in and enjoying the climate of Pune for the last 28 years. I dropped out of my B.Arch Graduation course, later I did not get a chance to complete my graduation degree. I have a deep interest in art and crafts and I wish to have my own small business in handmade art and craft items. Through this passion of mine, I would love to teach and share my skills with the kids and women across our organization. I have been working with RC since November 2014 and every day I have learnt something new and overcome some challenges. RC has taught me discipline, commitment, dedication and to become better organized in work and in my personal life. My vision working with this organization is to see the kids achieve and fulfil their dreams and live a happy life.
